Honoring Our Red Door Heroes: Celebrating Our Veterans and Their Families

At Red Door Homes, we believe that building dreams starts with people — people who serve, who sacrifice, and who give selflessly to make life better for others. This Veterans Day, we’re taking a moment to honor the incredible members of our Red Door family who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces, as well as the spouses and children of service members who share in that commitment and strength.

We are proud to have veterans and military families as part of our team — their courage, leadership, and heart inspire us every day.

Our Team Members Who Served

Each of these incredible teammates brought lessons from their time in uniform — resilience, teamwork, and integrity — into everything they do at Red Door Homes:

Joe Naessens, U.S. Marine Corps, 3 years

Tate Fann, U.S. Army, 8 years

Hunter Guimbellot, U.S. Marine Corps, 6 years

Natalie Edwards, U.S. Army Reserves, 10 years

Nicole Smith, U.S. Army Reserves & National Guard, 10 years

Their service and leadership continue to shape our company culture in meaningful ways — from problem-solving under pressure to caring deeply about their communities.

The Spouses Who Serve Beside Them

Military service extends far beyond those who wear the uniform. The spouses of our team members have also stood strong, supporting their loved ones through deployments, relocations, and long nights of worry and pride.

Rachel Starratt’s husband, U.S. Army & National Guard, 15 years

Stephanie Hill’s husband, U.S. Marine Reserves, 4 months (medical discharge)

Jessica Nwanna’s husband, U.S. Army, 3 years

Kaydee Mace’s husband, U.S. Army/Airborne, 11 years

Natalie Edwards’ husband, U.S. National Guard, 1 year

Michelle Raynor’s husband, U.S. Army, 3 years

We’re grateful for their strength and sacrifice — the kind that often happens quietly behind the scenes but makes all the difference.

 The Next Generation of Service

Service runs deep in the Red Door family. We’re proud to also recognize the children of our employees who’ve chosen to follow that same path of dedication and bravery:

Joe Gottlich’s son, U.S. Marines, 6 years

Lee Johnson’s son, U.S. National Guard, 6 years

Sara Rodriguez’s son, U.S. Navy, 8 months

Their willingness to serve is a reminder that the values of honor, courage, and commitment continue to thrive through the next generation.

A Message of Gratitude

To all who have served — and to the families who have stood by them — we thank you. Your sacrifices make our freedoms possible, and your examples of leadership and love strengthen our Red Door community every single day.

At Red Door Homes, we don’t just build homes — we build legacies. And we’re proud to stand beside so many who have built theirs on service, honor, and heart.

From all of us at Red Door Homes: Thank you for your service.
