A FEW THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
1. The Red Door Homes Referral Program is open to our current homeowners, vendors, and partners who refer new customers to Red Door Homes. Referred individuals must go on to build a home with Red Door Homes for the referral reward to apply.
2. If a customer is referred by multiple people, the referral reward will go to the party most directly responsible for the customer building with Red Door Homes (as determined by us). Only one referral reward will be issued per new home.
3. The referral reward is $1,000 per referred home and is paid once Red Door Homes pours or builds the home’s foundation. As a bonus, your referred customer also receives $1,000 toward Personalization Choices when purchasing their home.
4. The referral reward will be processed within 30 days of the foundation being complete.
5. Red Door Homes reserves the sole right to cancel or make changes to this program at any time, at
the sole discretion of Red Door Homes. In addition, the determination for eligibility within
these rules and restrictions is solely at the discretion of Red Door Homes.
