One of the most exciting features of the Yorktown is the ability to add a second story. The addition turns this cozy plan into quite a large home with plenty of space to grown into. The addition of the second story adds up to 831 Sq. Ft. to the home with the option of leaving the space open, turning it into two bedrooms and a full bath, or some combination of open and living space.

The spacious kitchen in the Yorktown feels even larger than it is thanks to an open design featuring a peninsula giving you enough counter space to spread out and get down to some real cooking.
