Land Workshop: Wooded Lot to Finished Home
This session will cover specifics regarding what customers need to know about land and the additional costs associated with building a custom home. Need Land? We will also cover how we can help you find land and tell you specifically what to look for when buying.
Financing Workshop: Navigating your Financing
A frequent question when purchasing a home is which loan works best for your specific situation. The financing aspect of buying a home can be the most intimidating. In this session we will cover loan types and outline what you need to do to get pre-approved. Pre-approval and financing can help steer you in a realistic direction when shopping floorplans and custom upgrades.
Each session lasts approximately 3 hours and will feature an open question and answer section. If you've ever had questions about how to buy or finance land and build a custom home on that land, now is the time to get educated.
