I don't have a Facebook page,, but I will definitely be shouting Red Door name everywhere I go.. but one of my favorite things about Red Door Homes is NO QUESTION WAS LEFT UNANSWERED!!! Omg. When I ask a question to Kay, Allen, Aaron, Craig I received a response quickly,,,, I USED TO SAY WHAT THE HECK! I used to think they had their phones in their hands at all times. They were phenomenal. They made me feel like FAMILY. Kay really felt like my dang on Auntie, I'm serious, Aaron and ALLEN FELT LIKE MY BIG BROTHERS AND CRAIG FELT LIKE MY UNCLE, SO GENUINE!Thanks so much. Allen and Kay from the Winterville Office were amazing throughout this process! They both have always been just a phone call or email away. Just like everything there are good days and bad days but the good days definitely outweigh the bad days. I would recommend Red Door to anyone. Yes there were delays and other problems that came up as you should expect but Red Door stayed on top of the problem and most of the time caught and fixed things before I even had time to contact them! These guys are awesome and if you're on the market please give them a call.Allen and Kay from the Winterville Office were amazing throughout this process! Building a home was something we felt would never come true due to so many unforeseen circumstances. Through much prayer and guidance God led us to Red Door Homes. Here we were able to make our dreams come true. Our home is absolutely more than we ever dreamed of. Red Door Homes went over and beyond my expectations to ensure we were completely satisfied. Matt and his team in Garner have gone above and beyond to help get our house built. There were a few bumps along the way but they were quickly fixed. There were many nights where Matt and/or our builder would be on the phone with us after hours to make sure we got what we needed. This kind of customer service and accountability is incredibly rare to find, especially in the construction industry. We have been in our house for around 2 months now and couldn't be happier. Their were a few minor issues after we moved in, but once again Matt and his team came through and had them resolved in a week or 2.
