The workers were exceptional. They made me feel like a queen. They're not out here to fast talk you or get you to buy something -- they want you to take your time. They are the most professional and courteous people that we know, they treated us like we was part of there family. Kept in contact with us made sure everything was going to our satisfaction. We just love them and we couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with. They are so wonder in the office job sites and so courteous on the phone. Overall great experience. Our situation was a little complicated as far as the land was concerned but RedDoor went above and beyond to help resolve those issues; therefore, we were very far behind on starting our build but the end product was a beautiful home.Overall great experience. Matt and his team in Garner have gone above and beyond to help get our house built. There were a few bumps along the way but they were quickly fixed. There were many nights where Matt and/or our builder would be on the phone with us after hours to make sure we got what we needed. This kind of customer service and accountability is incredibly rare to find, especially in the construction industry. We have been in our house for around 2 months now and couldn't be happier. Their were a few minor issues after we moved in, but once again Matt and his team came through and had them resolved in a week or 2.
