Allen and Kay from the Winterville Office were amazing throughout this process! They both have always been just a phone call or email away. Just like everything there are good days and bad days but the good days definitely outweigh the bad days. I would recommend Red Door to anyone. Yes there were delays and other problems that came up as you should expect but Red Door stayed on top of the problem and most of the time caught and fixed things before I even had time to contact them! Overall great experience. Our situation was a little complicated as far as the land was concerned but RedDoor went above and beyond to help resolve those issues; therefore, we were very far behind on starting our build but the end product was a beautiful home.Overall great experience. Matt and his team in Garner have gone above and beyond to help get our house built. There were a few bumps along the way but they were quickly fixed. There were many nights where Matt and/or our builder would be on the phone with us after hours to make sure we got what we needed. This kind of customer service and accountability is incredibly rare to find, especially in the construction industry. We have been in our house for around 2 months now and couldn't be happier. Their were a few minor issues after we moved in, but once again Matt and his team came through and had them resolved in a week or 2.
