A native of Asheville, NC, Lia has a 14-year background in sales and hospitality and pivoted into the new home construction industry in 2019. She came to Red Door in 2022 with 2 years of experience in Online Sales for on-your-lot custom home building. She has a heart for helping others and a passion for developing relationships. She loves seeing homeowners realize that building their dream home is attainable!

When she isn’t working, you can find Lia being mom to her 3 children, Lexi (10) and Graham (5) and her German Shepherd/Labrador, Sidney (2). You may also find her crafting earrings out of polymer clay, baking one of her signature desserts, singing, hiking, or curled up with a good book on her back porch.

Besides her children, Lia’s proudest moment was achieving her childhood dream of working at Walt Disney World Resort in 2008. She was a Fairy Godmother in Training at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in the Castle at Magic Kingdom.
