Building YOUR dream home means ensuring that our floorplans match your needs, wants, and unique vision. It's common for our homeowners to add personal touches or modify the layout to create their own version of our floorplans. When you meet with your personal Dream Home Consultant, we will work together to customize our plans on paper to bring your dream home to life! 

If you've already found a plan that reflects your vision for your dream home, we'd love to see it! Most often, beginning with one of our designs and customizing it to reflect your vision will be the most cost-effective build option as our homes are designed with value in mind. 

Have you seen our included features yet? We proud to offer a turn-key home with everything included! Your home comes complete with Frigidaire appliances, a 14-SEER Trane HVAC system, Marsh cabinets, and Mohawk flooring—to name a few. In addition to that, we provide extensive options for you to customize your home to fit your budget and lifestyle needs.

Our homes come with an included monolithic slab foundation. We understand that sometimes your property may dictate a crawl space, block and fill, or maybe even a basement foundation. Your builder will carefully evaluate your property to determine the best foundation type. There are benefits to each type of foundation. That’s why we give you the power to decide what’s right for your dream home and budget.

One of our knowledgeable Dream Home Specialists would be glad to answer any initial questions you have and schedule a convenient time to visit with us & tour your nearest model homes. We do recommend scheduling a time to visit convenient for you to ensure one of our Dream Home Consultants is available to answer any questions you may have & to provide you the dedicated time & attention you deserve. We are open 7 days a week. We also offer a Dream Home Workshop once a month which is a fun and informative learning opportunity! The average construction timeframe is between 18-25 weeks depending on your area and floorplan. During your initial visit with your personal Dream Home Consultant, we will be able to provide you with more information regarding the time frame in both your area and for your specific Dream Home design.

Your Dream Home Consultant would be glad to look at the homes we are building in your area. It’s possible to arrange a tour of one of our homes under construction. We also offer Muddy Boots Tours about 6 times a year showcasing a few different floorplan layouts and will allow you to view what’s behind the walls of a Red Door Homes. Click here to sign up for updates.

Most of our homeowners come to us without owning land. One of the first things we will do is get you connected to the right resources to find your perfect homesite. Next, we’ll show you how you can finance your land and home together into one convenient monthly payment. 

We manage the entire preparation stage for you—from choosing your homesite to pouring your foundation. If you need a perc test or survey done, we’ve got the expertise to guide you through. We provide our preparation services at cost, with no additional upcharge—that means you get a home completed on time and managed by your personal Red Door Homes builder.

We understand this part feels overwhelming. That’s why we’ve designed our Dream Home Workshop to be the first step in understanding what to look for when beginning your Dream Home search. During this time we’ll go over where and how to start looking, what we recommend for a great build site, and if needed, connect you with one of our realtor partners to help complete the transaction.

Allen and Kay from the Winterville Office were amazing throughout this process! They both have always been just a phone call or email away. Just like everything there are good days and bad days but the good days definitely outweigh the bad days. I would recommend Red Door to anyone. Yes there were delays and other problems that came up as you should expect but Red Door stayed on top of the problem and most of the time caught and fixed things before I even had time to contact them! These guys are awesome and if you're on the market please give them a call. Allen and Kay from the Winterville Office were amazing throughout this process! When I ask a question to Kay, Allen, Aaron, Craig I received a response quickly,,,, I USED TO SAY WHAT THE HECK! I used to think they had their phones in their hands at all times. They were phenomenal. They made me feel like FAMILY. Kay really felt like my dang on Auntie, I'm serious, Aaron and ALLEN FELT LIKE MY BIG BROTHERS AND CRAIG FELT LIKE MY UNCLE, SO GENUINE! Red Door (Page, Tom, Patrick, and the rest of the crew) were nothing less than wonderful through our whole experience. We lost our old house on 1/25/13 (fire) and were simply dreading the process of demolition and re-building. Red Door took our worries and fears upon themselves personally, and turned a dreaded situation into the blessing of having a new custom-built home. They handled EVERYTHING...from the very first bit of demolition to the day we did the walk-through...and gave us a beautiful, stick-built home at a square-foot price(and with a 10 year structural warranty) that nobody (including the modular manufacturers) could touch.
