Red Door recently completed a house for our son in McColl, S.C. and it turned out beautifully. Lisa was very helpful and we could not have had a better building supervisor. Jeff is one of the nicest young men we have ever encountered and very helpful and attentive during the whole process. We have received so many compliments on our son's house. I don't have a Facebook page,, but I will definitely be shouting Red Door name everywhere I go.. but one of my favorite things about Red Door Homes is NO QUESTION WAS LEFT UNANSWERED!!! Omg. When I ask a question to Kay, Allen, Aaron, Craig I received a response quickly,,,, I USED TO SAY WHAT THE HECK! I used to think they had their phones in their hands at all times. They were phenomenal. They made me feel like FAMILY. Kay really felt like my dang on Auntie, I'm serious, Aaron and ALLEN FELT LIKE MY BIG BROTHERS AND CRAIG FELT LIKE MY UNCLE, SO GENUINE!Thanks so much. Matt and his team in Garner have gone above and beyond to help get our house built. There were a few bumps along the way but they were quickly fixed. There were many nights where Matt and/or our builder would be on the phone with us after hours to make sure we got what we needed. This kind of customer service and accountability is incredibly rare to find, especially in the construction industry. We have been in our house for around 2 months now and couldn't be happier. Their were a few minor issues after we moved in, but once again Matt and his team came through and had them resolved in a week or 2. They are the most professional and courteous people that we know, they treated us like we was part of there family. Kept in contact with us made sure everything was going to our satisfaction. We just love them and we couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with. They are so wonder in the office job sites and so courteous on the phone. There's nothing anyone can say bad bout Tom, Lisa, Pat, or any other staff that works there.They are the most professional and courteous people that we know, they treated us like we was part of there family.
