I don't have a Facebook page,, but I will definitely be shouting Red Door name everywhere I go.. but one of my favorite things about Red Door Homes is NO QUESTION WAS LEFT UNANSWERED!!! Omg. When I ask a question to Kay, Allen, Aaron, Craig I received a response quickly,,,, I USED TO SAY WHAT THE HECK! I used to think they had their phones in their hands at all times. They were phenomenal. They made me feel like FAMILY. Kay really felt like my dang on Auntie, I'm serious, Aaron and ALLEN FELT LIKE MY BIG BROTHERS AND CRAIG FELT LIKE MY UNCLE, SO GENUINE!Thanks so much. I love our Red Door home! When we first went with them, they kept saying "your dream home" and now I know why.... Allen and Kay from the Winterville Office were amazing throughout this process! They both have always been just a phone call or email away. Just like everything there are good days and bad days but the good days definitely outweigh the bad days. I would recommend Red Door to anyone. Yes there were delays and other problems that came up as you should expect but Red Door stayed on top of the problem and most of the time caught and fixed things before I even had time to contact them! Red Door (Page, Tom, Patrick, and the rest of the crew) were nothing less than wonderful through our whole experience. We lost our old house on 1/25/13 (fire) and were simply dreading the process of demolition and re-building. Red Door took our worries and fears upon themselves personally, and turned a dreaded situation into the blessing of having a new custom-built home. They handled EVERYTHING...from the very first bit of demolition to the day we did the walk-through...and gave us a beautiful, stick-built home at a square-foot price(and with a 10 year structural warranty) that nobody (including the modular manufacturers) could touch.
