I don't have a Facebook page,, but I will definitely be shouting Red Door name everywhere I go.. but one of my favorite things about Red Door Homes is NO QUESTION WAS LEFT UNANSWERED!!! Omg. When I ask a question to Kay, Allen, Aaron, Craig I received a response quickly,,,, I USED TO SAY WHAT THE HECK! I used to think they had their phones in their hands at all times. They are the most professional and courteous people that we know, they treated us like we was part of there family. Kept in contact with us made sure everything was going to our satisfaction. We just love them and we couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with. They are so wonder in the office job sites and so courteous on the phone. There's nothing anyone can say bad bout Tom, Lisa, Pat, or any other staff that works there. Allen and Kay from the Winterville Office were amazing throughout this process! They both have always been just a phone call or email away. Just like everything there are good days and bad days but the good days definitely outweigh the bad days. I would recommend Red Door to anyone. Yes there were delays and other problems that came up as you should expect but Red Door stayed on top of the problem and most of the time caught and fixed things before I even had time to contact them!
