Joe was born in Chicago and grew up near Boston, MA. He began flipping houses in 1986 and has continued in the industry ever since. Joe moved to North Carolina in 2013.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, Michelle, his two kids, Zach and Samantha, and grandson, Ethan. He also enjoys hockey, golf, football, and fostering dogs.
Joe has also been a firefighter and an EMT.
