2. Pick Your Dream Home & Personalize It

We give you the ability to make any of these homes uniquely yours. Once you choose your Dream Home, you can select one, of at least three, available architectural looks for your new home (Classic, Brick, Craftsman and Farmhouse). From there you can explore the personalization choices available to make it your DREAM Home.

3. Review Your Free Investment Snapshot

Your friendly Red Door - Dream Home Consultant will present a FREE comprehensive Investment Snapshot for your perfect home including your personalization choices so you know line by line how we arrived at the price. We are always here to walk you through your Choices and if necessary, tweak some things to make sure we're matching up with your budget.

4. Identify & Evaluate Your Land

If you don't have land, we can help you find the perfect homesite in your desired area. Once you have land we offer a FREE Land Evaluation. This enables us to confirm your selected home will work on your land and assess any foundation needs your home placement may require. We'll also gather preliminary information about site preparation and utility costs to include in your Investment Snapshot.

5. Your Plan Review and Color Selections Meeting

Once you have made a decision to have Red Door Homes build YOUR Dream Home, the real fun begins at the Plan Review and Color Selections Meeting. Here you get to Personalize your home by choosing the colors and finishes. You also get to review your very own floorplans - your home, just as you've dreamed it, one step closer to becoming reality.

6. Your Construction Experience Meeting

Keeping you well informed throughout the entire build is just the Red Door way. In your Construction Experience meeting you will meet with your personally-assigned Builder to:

• Make sure everyone is working toward the same vision
• Review your project and discuss any outstanding questions
• Learn what to expect during construction
• We're going to make sure all of you questions are answered - even the questions you don't ask.

7. Close Your Construction Loan

Okay... as soon as your financing is secured, your construction loan will close--and that triggers the Pre-Construction phase of permitting and other activities prior to building your Dream Home. Wow, that step was easy!

8. Watch Your Home Being Built

Now the real fun and excitement begins. Watch and enjoy the progress as your new home, which you played a major role in designing, takes shape before your eyes. Your Builder is gonna keep you up to speed on the status with regular communication and you can come visit the construction site any time. Start packing up your stuff, it's almost time to move in.

9. Enjoy Your Dream Home Demonstration

Once a Certificate of Occupancy is issued, our team will complete a thorough Internal Delivery Review to ensure your home is 100% ready for you. Your Dream Home Demonstration will be scheduled 4-5 business days prior to move-in. We'll present your new home and introduce you to the features, show you how they operate and make sure expectations are met. Any items that require attention will be addressed prior to Move-In.

10. Move-In

Welcome home! Once every detail of your home has been approved by you and the Red Door staff, you can move in your belongings and start living the life you imagined in your new Dream home. YOU DID IT!
