Marisa is a NC native and an ECU alumni, she has lived in Wilmington, NC for most of her life. For almost 20 years she dedicated herself to building communities and a culture of kindness in the Home Owner’s Associations she managed. Now, she has the pleasure of finding joy in the process of connecting Red Door Homes customers with building their dream home!

While her life has been full being a mom to her precious 5 children, in her spare time she enjoys a good book, a good meal she doesn’t have to cook, and the beach. She also covets entertaining her family and friends as well as worshipping at First Baptist Church of Wilmington. She also enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband, Blaire as well as their 2 dogs and cat, Winston, Molly, and Ollie.

In 2011 she obtained her PCAM, the highest designation for Association Managers. She was also honored to spend time serving on the Board for the YWCA of Wilmington and the Youth Council at FBCW.
