What Should I Be Looking For??
There are two things that can alter the pricing of your home. Both of these factors are present no matter who builds your new home. These are the elevation or topography of your land and the soil conditions of the underlying ground on your land. Again, no matter who you select to build your home, these factors will be present.
At Red Door Homes we offer oversight and assistance for all land improvements at NO COST to you. Any costs are passed directly to you – AT COST. Make sure and ask, if you happen to be comparing builders, do they even help you with these items?. If they do, how much of a premium or fee do they charge to oversee these necessary items?
Again, we jump in and help and we do it for no charge as a service for our clients!
